Dennis Rodman turns into a cyborg humidor in this amazing video

Basketball legend Dennis Rodman never ceases to make headlines.

Whether it’s for his long career with the Pistons, Lakers, and Bulls or his notorious romances with Madonna and Carmen Electra, The Worm doesn’t resist being in the public eye.

And he’s also known for his myriad of amazing looks – wearing a wedding dress to promote his autobiography or dyeing his hair in a thousand colors to entertain and fascinate his fans.

He’s extended that flamboyance into the virtual world now with a completely CGI yet totally cool “implanted cigar dispenser”.

Dennis ready to show off his ‘implant’

A video on his Instagram account shows Rodman lying down as a motorized cradle lifts a cigar from a secret compartment in his forearm.

It even has a dedicated cigar cutter to prepare the cheroot for smoking.

Some fans have said they’re not sure if it’s real or not, and one commentator has suggested it’s a great place to hide a hot dog.

The device in action

It is not real, however. It’s a kind of quality CGI that would have succeeded in a Hollywood movie just a few years ago, but now Rodman is just using it for a laugh. The Extraordinary Illusion was created by effects artist Nicholas King.

It’s a warning to her pal Kim Jong-un that the next time the New Jersey-born star visits Pyongyang, the chief’s bodyguards will have an additional place to search for weapons.
