Adult website announces $ 15 million bid for Saints Superdome name

An adult website just made a $ 15 million bid for the naming rights for the New Orleans Saints Superdome. Previously the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, the Saints’ deal with the automaker ends next year, leaving the Superdome name up for grabs.

Stripchat placed the highest bid on Thursday, the New York Daily News reports. The adult website also released a statement with its offer, in which it said:

Stripchat bills itself as “one of the world’s leading adult cam sites”. It’s also not the only adult website to bid on the naming rights for a sports stadium. BangBros announced a $ 10 million naming rights bid for the Miami Heat arena last year.

The rights to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome will open after the 2020-2021 NFL season.
